Need first courses - a myth?

First courses are just a tribute to our national, family, local traditions , and someone just has a habit. And the fundamental need in our first liquid dishes is not for our body. Probably everyone has friends who do not eat first courses at all, and at the same time, absolutely healthy .
But we from childhood remember that mothers and grandmothers always forced us to eat the “first”, and also with bread. Lunch at the school-kindergarten-pioneer camp, and now business lunches in cafes and restaurants are simply unthinkable without first courses. But for health it’s absolutely not important whether we eat exclusively solid or liquid food, raw or heat-treated. By the way, the experience of raw foodists confirms this.
