How to get rid of snoring: basic tips

Drink more water.

Drinking plenty of water is always a good idea , especially for snoring. Dehydration can cause mucus in your nose, which can cause you to snore. It is strongly recommended to drink about 3 liters of water for men and about 2 liters of water for women.

Exercise your tongue and throat muscles.

You snore when your tongue and throat muscles are too relaxed. There are a couple of exercises that can help you make your tongue and throat muscles stronger. Great and easy throat exercise – sing. Make yourself a concert in the shower or in your car. Also, to work out the muscles of the tongue, place the tip of the tongue over the upper part of the teeth and move it back and forth for a couple of minutes a day.
