A woman, who is constantly lacking sleep, can in a short time turn from an energetic and cheerful person into a frightened, irritated creature. Neither morning exercises, nor vitamins, nor proper nutrition help. Doctors say that it can even lead to poor health. In the end, the body receives a double load.

A lack of sleep affects the appearance of the fair sex. This is expressed in “bruises” and “swelling” under the eyes, unnatural pallor and other unattractive signs. In addition to all of the above, a lack of sleep can cause family frustration.

It should be remembered that healthy sleep contributes to well-being and effectiveness in daly activities. And its absence leads to disastrous consequences.
