3.Tartlets with cod liver.

For this tasty dish, you will need:

  • eggs – 2 pcs .;
  • cod liver – 1 jar (240 g);
  • cucumbers (pickles) – 2-3 pcs.;
  • canned peas – 1 jar;
  • pepper and greens – for decoration;
  • mayonnaise – for dressing (about 2-3 tablespoons).

Preparation includes the following processes:

Boil the eggs and chop them into a cube.

Grind cucumbers (straws), and knead the cod liver to a state of gruel. We put in the total mass of peas. Season all these ingredients with mayonnaise.

We spread the filling in tartlets, decorate them with pepper and sprinkle with herbs. We send the finished dish for 3 hours to a cool place. Then start the tasting.

You will need:

  • cottage cheese – 250 g;
  • sour cream (not very oily) – 150 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • herbs and dry spices to taste.

Cut the greens, garlic and transfer to a bowl. Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, and send to the rest of the ingredients. Next, season the mixture with dry spices. We fill the baskets with filling, decorate with greens and serve to the guests.
