Folk Secrets

We got acquainted with the reasons. Now it is necessary to consider methods of dealing with the global problem of all girls. Of course, you can visit the beauty salon, where they will recommend special nail care products. But not everyone has the financial ability. You can save and restore your former health at home. To do this, I share with you folk secrets:

  • Salt baths: take 1 liter of warm water and dissolve 1 tablespoon of sea salt in it. Dip your nails in the bath and hold them there for 20 minutes. This procedure strengthens the nail plate well.
  • Tray of potato broth: after boiling the potatoes, do not drain the broth. Wait for it to cool slightly and lower your nails there. Keep them there for no more than 5-7 minutes. Starch perfectly eliminates all problems that relate to lamination and brittleness.

  • Baths of red wine: heat 150 g of wine, dissolve 1 tablespoon of sea salt in it. Dip the nails into the contents, keep them there for 25 minutes.
  • To strengthen the nail plate, use beeswax. It has miraculous properties: it prevents lamination, makes the cuticle softer, accelerates nail growth, removes inflammation, and makes the nail plate shine.
  • Green tea: Mix 2 teaspoons of olive oil and a little green tea. Dip your hands in the bath and hold for 20 minutes.
