Skipping it may lead to low blood sugar levels, and that is very damaging to the brain, particularly if it happens a lot. Your brain requires around 20% of the overall available glucose in your system every day and uses more energy than any other organ in the body.

About 2/3rds of the brain’s “energy budget” is utilized to assist neurons to fire off signals to the rest of the human body. This is distinguished for attention and maintenance. Denying your brain its nutrition causes a shortage in that energy funding, and you’re going to realize your mind gets less responsive to stimulation. Unbeknownst to you, your brain tissues may miss the care they need and may perish at a rapid speed.
