Many women do not pay due attention to good washing from cosmetics and pollution. If you do not wash your face thoroughly, there will probably be a pimple or several at once, no matter how old you are. Be sure to remove makeup with micellar water or cleansing oil to remove makeup, regularly clean, exfoliate and moisturize the skin. It is also important to wipe your face with a separate face towel, or better yet, paper towels. So you do not spread bacteria throughout the face and body. Another rule is important – regularly change pillowcases for pillows (1 time in 3-4 days).
Food intolerance caused by a genetic tendency or intestinal dysbiosis can trigger acne. Foods such as gluten, dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, fast food, sugar cause inflammation at this age.
Acne can also occur after antibiotics, illness, or a poor diet. Eat healthy food, lots of fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water and you will forget about inflammation on your face.
