Why do we snore?
When we go to bed, the neck muscles relax . Sometimes they can be too relaxed. This causes your upper airways, that is, your nose and throat, to become too narrow for enough air to enter your lungs. When this happens, the surrounding tissue vibrates and makes sounds, which we call snoring. The worse your airways become, the more vibration and the louder snoring .
