When begins to overcome drowsiness , you can hold your hands for 1-2 minutes from the hands to the elbows under a stream of cool water.

Try simple exercises , morning exercises. The exercises offered by Tibetan and Chinese medicine help overcome drowsiness:

  • several times vigorously press a point in the middle of the nasolabial fold (between the nose and upper lip);
  • with your index and thumbs rub your earlobes ;
  • massage your auricles , literally “twist” them;
  • squeeze and unclench the eyelids several times, massage the eye area and eyebrows;
  • massage the point in the middle of the line from the tip of one ear to the tip of the other.
