Get ready for bed right.
A full sleep is a guarantee of good health, having established a sleep regimen, and the wounds of awakening will not be so painful and traumatic for the body.
Try to go to bed early and keep your sleep schedule even on the weekends. Over time, the body will get used to it and reorganize itself to a new regime.
Relax. It is advisable to set the body to relax. Within 2-3 hours before bedtime, you can take a warm bath or shower and do a light foot massage.
Fresh air. Try to ventilate the room before going to bed, and, if it is not cold outside, it is better to sleep with an open window.
Down with the gadgets. Before going to bed, turn off the computer and TV, and stop watching the phone screen. The brain will rest from the flow of information and will be able to relax. The routine will not go astray.
Extinguish all light sources completely. It is best to sleep in total darkness. Even if only a nightlight is on, your body will not be able to completely relax. In addition, melatonin is secreted only in the dark.
Caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant and disrupts sleep. Even if you fall asleep on time, your sleep still suffers from this habit. To avoid sleep disturbance, limit your caffeine intake to the morning hours. The maximum is until noon.
Go to bed as soon as you feel tired. Getting up early does not necessarily mean going to bed early. Go to bed when you really want it.
